Two years ago, our family took a trip that changed our lives and touched our hearts. Through Lee Park Church, we served on a mission team in Nicaragua. While serving in Nicaragua, we met two amazing people, Chris and Tim Bagwell, who have been serving God and saving the lives of Nicaraguan children since 1982. Their organization, New Life Nicaragua, provides a home for abused and abandoned children who suffer from malnutrition.

We witnessed first hand the harsh reality and desperate situations so many orphan children face in Nicaragua. The life saving work that Chris and Tim undertake on a daily basis left an indelible mark on our hearts and has inspired us to be committed to the future success of New Life Nicaragua.
